G & Grosvenor Casinos Play Points Launch

Prior to Play Points, staff monitored customers’ playing behaviour manually. Play Points gave Grosvenor/G the ability to analyse spend, usage, game preference and visit frequency. The key was to maximise the number of people applying for PP.

Stream developed direct mail, email and posters to promote Play Points launch events and to encourage customers to replace their Casino card with a Play Points card and use it.
