PIU - Lunch Campaign

The PIU were having trouble talking to Chief procurement Officers at leading multi national companies across Europe. They wanted a programme that would help them open doors so that they could get into conversation with these individuals.

We had a simple proposition to the CPOs. We’ve got a great service that we’d like to discuss over lunch.

However, we personalised each mailing to each individual. We found out where their office was, we located a great restaurant near to their office and then sent a mailing which said we wanted to ‘meet them in the square’. The square was a square on a map of their city/town where the restaurant was situated. It also reflected the PIU logo.

The campaign was a great success with 25% of recipients arranging a meeting with the PIU.
